About us
The Public Policy Resilience Institute (PPRI) is a nonprofit public policy organization dedicated to promoting social welfare by advancing the public good through research, analysis, public education, and policy advocacy.
PPRI focuses on the intersection of public sector and nonprofit governance, organizational behavior, leadership, and program reform. We examine how policies are designed, implemented, and experienced in practice—particularly within complex administrative and institutional environments. Our work emphasizes evidence-based analysis, ethical leadership, and practical insight informed by real-world public service experience.
The Institute was established to support thoughtful, informed dialogue around public policy challenges that affect government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and the communities they serve. We seek to contribute clarity, context, and rigor to policy discussions by translating research and professional expertise into accessible resources for policymakers, practitioners, scholars, and the public.
PPRI is committed to a nonpartisan, analytical approach. Our work prioritizes transparency, accountability, and respect for institutional roles while recognizing the human and organizational factors that shape policy outcomes. Through research publications, public comment submissions, and educational materials, the Institute aims to strengthen governance capacity and promote durable, responsible policy solutions.
Public Policy Resilience Institute is a nonprofit organization organized to promote social welfare within the meaning of Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
